This tour will take you to Kalaupapa lookout, down to Purdy Macadamia Nut Farm if open and a tour through the Hawaiian homesteads telling you the story of the early homesteaders!
Quick Details
From the tropical East to the cascading hills of the West, you will experience and understand why Molokai is kept a secret.
The tour is done in either a small vehicle or a Ford Econoline 15 pax van depending on numbers. Vehicles are air-conditioned. There is a microphone system for the 15 pax van. The tour starts East, taking in the whole island and experiencing the quality of what Molokai has to offer.
The main stops on the tour include Halawa Valley Lookout point, one of Father Damien’s Church, St Joseph, Kalaupapa Lookout, the Phallic Rock, Purdys Macadamia Nut Farm when it is open, Papohaku Beach on the West end(the longest sand beach in Hawaii), and Maunaloa town time permitting. We try to get to the West end but if you are on a flight around 4 pm sometimes time will not allow us to go there.
